The Troop is making plans to offer the Ad Altare Dei (I Will Go to the Altar of God) award to our members. More information will be available soon. Here is a picture of the ribbon/medal that is given to those who complete the program.
- April 26-28 Backpacking Weekend – Starved Rock State Park – Camping and Hiking
Mr. Gulliford has made reservations for a weekend of camping and hiking at Starved Rock State Park. The Park has great hiking trails, seasonal waterfalls, canyons, and views of the Illinois River.
Mark your calendar and watch for more information.
- Mystery Question
A high-speed electric train is heading east at 400 mph. The wind is out of the west at 20 mph. How fast will the smoke blow and in what direction?
The first Scout to respond to me via email (Don’t forget to copy a parent when you answer.) with the correct answer gets one genuine US dollar bill from Mr. Stolarski!
See you Monday!
Mr. Pelrine
