- Next Meeting – Monday, May 8 – Ahearn Center (Gym) – 7:00-9:00 PM

- Ice Age Trail Wrap-Up
A crew of seven Scouts and Leaders spent last weekend backpacking in Wisconsin. The group hiked a total of 11 miles on the Ice Age Trail - staying in trailside shelters on Friday and Saturday nights. For three of the Scouts this was their first overnighter with the Troop. Nothing like starting out strong! Great job to Anthony, Ellis, and Louie!

- Spring/Summer Activities – Dates and Deadlines
I know that over the last few weeks we have thrown a lot of deadlines at you for sign-ups and payments. I understand it has been confusing. Here is my attempt to make it a bit easier:

• Summer Camp at Owasippe – July 16-22 – Deposit of $200 per Scout was due on May 1 – Final payment of $225 for Scouts is due on June 5.
• Coast Guard Station Tour - Saturday, May 13 - Permission slip and $10.00 is due at the May 8 Troop meeting. NO late sign-ups will be accepted. Everyone who is attending must pay the $10 fee. This will cover the cost of providing lunch. Permission slip is in the Resource Center.
• Mammoth Cave, Kentucky - June 19-23 - $200 deposit is due at the May 8 Troop meeting. This is the final cut-off.
• Warren Dunes Tent Camping Weekend - May 19-21 - Permission slip (in the Resource Center) and $45.00 payment due at the May 15 Troop meeting.
